Cautioning the officers in view of recent killing of Hizbul Mujahedeen commander, Riyaz Naikoo in an encounter with security forces in Pulwama, a detailed briefing was given to the SSPs, especially of Doda, Kishtwar, Ramban, Rajouri and Poonch, to keep a close watch over the activities of surrendered and released terrorists, overground workers and Pak returnees. They were also briefed on focusing on anti-militancy operation, especially in the areas connected with the Kashmir valley, so that anti-national elements are not able to sneak into the Jammu region and indulge in any sabotage act. — OC
