Additional Director General (ADG) of the Border Security Force’s (BSF) Western Command, Satish S Khandare, arrived at the BSF Jammu Frontier on a three-day visit to assess the security scenario along the Jammu International Border.

An official spokesperson stated that the ADG visited border areas in the Hiranagar sector, where field commanders briefed him on the operational aspects. During his visit, the ADG reviewed critical aspects of border management, including the overall security situation and measures to ensure effective domination along the border.

The ADG also visited the Akhnoor border area, where the Sector Commander and Battalion Commandant provided detailed briefings on the operational preparedness of the BSF in the region.

While touring the field, he interacted with BSF troops and commended them for their dedication and professionalism in carrying out their duties.

On Saturday, the ADG addressed a Prahari Sammelan at the Frontier Headquarters, praising the troops for their commitment to safeguarding the border. He urged them to maintain effective border domination to thwart any anti-national activities.
