On the occasion of Basant Panchmi, an interaction was organised with OP Sharma Vidyarthi, a tree talk crusader on the eve of 838th Tree Talk Interaction.

Dr Mohit Gera, Principal, Chief Conservator of Forests, was the chief guest on the occasion, whereas Prof Yash Pal Sharma, University of Jammu presided over the function.

Vidyarthi in his interaction shared his experiences of tree talk. He said trees were lungs of the earth and only these had the capability to generate oxygen to maintain healthy environment for living organisms to survive. — TNS
