The J&K Police announced on Thursday the arrest of two terrorist associates from the Hajin area of Bandipora in north Kashmir. A police spokesperson stated that the arrests were made by the Bandipora police.

The two suspects, identified as Naseer Ahmad Parray, son of Bashir Ahmad Parray from Kathpura Hajin, and Mudasir Ahmad Parray, son of Mohd Ramzan Parray from Gandbal Hajin, were arrested during a search at a checkpoint on Gandbal-Hajin Road.

During the operation, security forces recovered arms and ammunition, including two Chinese grenades and two mobile phones, from their possession. The police confirmed that a case under relevant sections of the law has been registered.
