UP Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, along with his wife, senior IAS officer Rashmi Singh, and their son visited Mata Bhadrakali shrines on Saturday. During this visit, they invited the people of J&K to attend the Mahakumbh, to be held from January 13 to February 26 in Prayagraj.

At the Bhadrakali temple, the Chief Secretary was warmly felicitated by the displaced Kashmiri Pandits.

Speaking to reporters, Singh said, “Mahakumbh is being organised in Prayagraj from January 13 to February 26. CM Yogi Adityanath has extended an invitation to people from across the country and the world to take part in it. On behalf of the Uttar Pradesh government, we invite the people of Jammu and Kashmir to the Kumbh.”
