The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) president Tariq Hameed Karra said the fight for restoration of statehood will be intensified.

Karra on Saturday reviewed the organisational affairs and activities in all districts of North & Central Kashmir at party’s Srinagar headquarters with senior leaders and functionaries.

The first phase of the review meeting covered Kupwara, Baramulla, Bandipora, Srinagar, Ganderbal and Budgam districts falling in North and Central Kashmir. Subsequently, Congress chief will review party activities in Anantnag, Kulgam, Shopian and Pulwama Districts on Sunday, the party said.

The meetings held threadbare discussions over the upcoming challenges and resolved to further strengthen Congress Party for the benefit and betterment of the people.
