A violent attack in Sultanpur Lodhi has left a local youth seriously injured after a group of 15 to 20 unidentified armed men stormed his house late last night. Inspector Sonamdeep Kaur of the Sultanpur Lodhi police station confirmed that a case has been registered under Sections 452 (house trespass after preparation for hurt, assault, or wrongful restraint), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code. Six individuals — Gagan, Ajay, Vikki, Vishal, Daler, and Bhalla, all residents of Sultanpur Lodhi — have been named in the FIR.

Bhushan was rushed to the Civil Hospital where he is undergoing treatment for his injuries. Police sources indicated that personal rivalry is believed to be the primary motive behind the attack. However, the larger group of assailants remains unidentified, and no arrests have been made so far.
