Panchal emphasised that farmers are being paid promptly, with ₹84.12 crore already transferred directly into their bank accounts. He also urged farmers to bring only dry paddy to the mandis to avoid difficulties during procurement. Additionally, he appealed to harvest paddy between 10 am and 6 pm so that the crop meets the prescribed moisture standards.
