700 students receive degrees at convocation

40 scholars conferred doctorates

The CT Group hosted its 10th convocation ceremony, where more than 700 students were given degrees across various fields, including management, pharmacy, law, engineering, fashion design and many more.

Over 40 doctorate holders were also conferred degrees on the occasion.

Chief guest Satnam Singh Sandhu, MP and Chancellor of Chandigarh University, commended the graduates for their hard work and dedication to academics and co-curricular activities.

“Embrace the opportunities that lie ahead and continue to strive for excellence,” he stated.

Special guests at the event included Susheel Mittal, VC of IK Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU), and Rajwinder Kaur Thiara, who was recently announced as the chairperson of Jalandhar Improvement Trust.

The event also recognised distinguished guests including Sudershan Sharma, vice-president of Dayanand Medical College and Hospital; Ashwani Kumar, MD of Victor Forging, and Pr Julius E. Oben, President of JAOF University Institute of Science, Cameroon.

Chairman of CT Group Charanjit Singh Channi expressed pride in the accomplishments of the students. “This milestone is not just a reflection of your academic journey, but a testament to the values of hard work and perseverance instilled in you,” he remarked.
