During the meeting, Phagwara Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bharat Bhushan assured that adequate security measures and traffic management plans would be in place well before the commencement of the festival. The Sub Divisional Officer (Canals) stated that the required water release into the canal would be ensured on time and that cleaning and maintenance of the canal had already been arranged.

The ADC instructed Municipal Corporation officials to make all necessary civic arrangements, including deployment of fire brigade services, road patchwork, sanitation drives, fogging operations, and trimming of overgrown trees around the venue. Similarly, the electricity department was directed to ensure an uninterrupted power supply at the site. Dr Gupta emphasised that all electrical wires should be properly insulated, none should hang loosely and electric poles should be securely positioned.

She further directed the Health Department to maintain adequate medical arrangements at the site, including the availability of an ambulance, essential medicines and medical personnel throughout the event.
