Jalandhar Police Commissioner Swapan Sharma confirmed the arrests, saying, “The accused are linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and were wanted in previous cases. We are investigating the possibility of their involvement in larger criminal activities.”

Both suspects were transported to the civil hospital for treatment. Initial investigations suggest the duo had been plotting a major crime in the city. Police officials said further information will be revealed soon once their medical treatment concludes.
