Hardev Singh Assi, a 2011 batch Public Relations Officer posted in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, took charge as Hoshiarpur District Public Relations Officer today.

Earlier, he had rendered services in Hoshiarpur from August 18, 2022, to September 6, 2024.

Assi said his main priority would be to make residents of the district aware of the welfare schemes of the government and these would reach everybody at the grassroots level. He said he would work as a bridge between the district administration and the media and contribute to the progress of the district. He also said he would always be ready to resolve the problems faced by media personnel.
