Parliament has inducted Dr Rajkumar Chabbewal in the Coal, Mines and Steel Parliamentary Committee.

In a press note issued from the office of Dr Chabbewal, the spokesperson said this committee plays an important role in shaping the future of the mining and steel industry. The committee monitors the policies related to coal and steel and their implementation, which directly benefits India’s industries and economy. The committee will be headed by Anurag Thakur, who has been appointed as its chairman.

Dr Chabbewal’s inclusion in this committee is being considered an important step for Punjab. He said he will discharge this responsibility with devotion.
