Class X achievers, mentors from 70 schools honoured

As a part of Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust’s CSR project DISHA, Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, Loharan, honoured young scholars and mentors during its 4th Annual Academic Excellence Award ceremony.

A welcome was extended to all the principals, teachers and accompanying students. The event witnessed the participation of nearly 70 schools from across Jalandhar, where Class 10 achievers were felicitated along with their mentors and school principals.

The programme commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and a Nataraj Vandana. Students of Innocent Hearts College added vibrancy to the event with their cultural performances. The awards were presented by Vimal Prakash Jain, Founder and Chairman of Atam Valves; Dr Manav Aggarwal, Associate Professor, Department of Commerce, DAV College; Dr Anup Bowry, Chairman, Innocent Hearts; Dr Palak Gupta Bowry, Director CSR; and Aradhana Bowry, Additional Director, Colleges & Finance.

Dr Gagandeep Kaur Dhanju, Academic Director, highlighted the initiatives and activities being carried out under Disha – An Initiative through a detailed presentation.

In his address, Vimal Prakash Jain appreciated the hard work, perseverance, and achievements of the students while also emphasising the vital role of teachers and school administrators in guiding and supporting them.

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Rahul Jain, who expressed gratitude to all participants, guests, and organisers for making the 4th Annual Academic Excellence Award ceremony a memorable celebration.
