The Congress party observed Constitution Day on Wednesday at Congress Bhawan, alleging that the BJP-led Centre was attempting to undermine the Constitution.

The party leaders condemned the Centre’s actions, stating that their unconstitutional style of functioning would not be tolerated. They emphasised that the Constitution guaranteed equal rights to all citizens.

The event was attended by various party leaders including Rajinder Beri, District Congress Committee chief, Hardev Singh Laddi Sherowalia, MLA and DCC chief, Navjot Singh Dahiya, Nakodar halqa incharge, Surinder Kaur, Jalandhar West halqa incharge, Rajinder Singh, and councillors Pawan Kumar and Paramjot Singh Chadha.
