The Punjab Roadways PunBus-PRTC Contract Workers Union Punjab has warned of a three-day strike from May 20 to 22 if their demands are not met by May 19.

The union also plans a dharna in front of the Chief Minister’s residence on May 22. They announced to intensify their struggle, holding the government and senior department officials responsible for any consequences.

The union pointed out the government’s failure to form a committee or implement the policies promised in a meeting on July 1, 2024.
