Ahead of Independence Day, the 245 Battalion, CRPF campus, Lidhran, organised a bike rally under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign on Tuesday.

The rally commenced from the Battalion Headquarters at 10:30 am and passed through Lidhran, Maqsudan, Amritsar Road, Bidhipur, and Kartarpur, culminating at Jang-e-Azadi Memorial and Dr BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology at 1 pm.

The rally was led by Brij Lal, Commandant, along with Sukhveer Singh Labana, Second-in-Command, Arvind Nanda, Second-in-Command, Ranbir Singh, Deputy Commandant and other officers and jawans. The troops of 245 Battalion participated enthusiastically in the event.

Officers and jawans encouraged the public to hoist the National Flag at their homes and premises, promoting patriotism and unity under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ initiative.
