Students of CT World School brought laurels to the institution by winning medals at Pro-Punjab Karate League organised by the Karate Association of India in Amritsar recently.

Jashanpreet Singh Saini, Gurveer Singh and Adhvay Nair bagged gold while Angad Lakha won a silver medal in the championship.

Earlier, school students proved their mettle by winning medals during the Punjab Budokan Karate-Do Open Inter-School Championship and Second Youth National Games.

Jashanpreet said, “Besides performing well in studies, I am fortunate that I have got good training in sports.”

Madhu Sharma, principal, CT World School, said the sports curriculum was planned and designed for students to develop and enhance their strength, speed and endurance. She lauded the efforts of the students for performing well in sports.
