Following directives from Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar Panchal, a district-level team has been formed to monitor fertiliser sellers closely and prevent black marketing. The team conducted inspections of fertiliser and pesticide dealers in Sultanpur Lodhi to ensure the availability of these essential products.

Led by Agriculture Officer Dr Vishal Kausal, the team examined the stocks, billing records, and operations of various dealers, including Mutti Fertiliser Store, Khiranwali; Dashmesh Fertiliser Store; Guru Ramdas Agricultural Store; and Mahaveer Trading Company.

Dr Kausal emphasised that dealers must not mix any additional substances with fertilisers or pesticides. They were also warned against hoarding these products. Joining Dr Kausal during the inspections were Gurwinder Singh, Agriculture Officer, and Gurjot Singh, Agriculture Development Officer.
