Under the guidance of national president Aarti Rajput, the Human Rights Council (India) has appointed orthopaedic surgeon Dr Puneet Narula as head of its medical cell in Phagwara. The appointment letter was handed over by branch president Gurdeep Singh Kang. Dr Narula, MD of Narula Hospital in Satnampura, has been engaged in social service. Recognising his dedication to public welfare, the council has entrusted him with the leadership of its medical cell.
