During the visit to tehsil office, the DC reviewed the functioning of the recently launched e-Registry system by the Punjab Government, which aims to simplify and digitise the property registration process. He noted that the service has been successfully implemented across the district, allowing citizens to complete property registrations smoothly and efficiently.

Interacting with residents present at the tehsil office, Panchal gathered feedback on various public services being offered and assured that the administration is committed to enhancing service delivery without delays.

He also reviewed the operations of local service centres and directed officials to ensure timely access to essential services. Furthermore, he instructed the launch of a special awareness campaign to promote the state’s 1076 helpline, which allows citizens to access government services from their homes.
