Garhshankar,: Members of the Kul Hind Kisan Sabha led by Darshan Singh and Jasveer Singh Khambra burnt effigy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday for not repealing the controversial agri laws. Addressing the farmers, comrade Gurnek Singh Bhajjal said labourers and farm unions were protesting from the last one year against the agri laws, but PM Modi was passing laws in favour of the capitalists. Darshan Singh Mattoo said for the last six months, farmers and labourers have been protesting on the borders of Delhi. Subhash Mattu said farmers will not return home without getting the farm laws revoked. Shingra Ram said the minimum support price should be provided to farmers. He alleged that PM Modi-led government was giving land to the capitalists at throw away prices. OC
