Amarjit Singh, owner of the farmhouse, said he was sleeping when some miscreants came in and set his belongings, including combine, tractor and other agriculture machinery, on fire. "By the time, I realised that there was something wrong and got up, all my machinery had already got destroyed", he said.

He added that he saw four miscreants running away, two of whom were masked. He said he could recognise the other two and had got their names registered in the FIR lodged by SHO Bhogpur Yadwinder Singh.
