A Goraya-based tailor, Pawan Kumar Kailey has always been aspiring for more recognition through his innovative stitching techniques.
Already having several records in his name for his rare feat of designing a set of 35 jackets that can be worn in 9,800 different ways, Kailey has this time won accolades for designing a unique trouser design with detachable parts that can be worn in 22 different ways. Through his remarkable concentration, he had also made a micro-kite, passing 1,854 threads from a single eye of a needle.
