In the Senior Women’s 20-20 Inter District Tournament organised by Punjab Cricket Association, the Hoshiarpur team defeated Nawanshahr by 71 runs and earned four points. Hoshiarpur team batted first scoring 120 runs in 20 overs without losing any wicket. Chasing the target of 120 runs, Nawanshahr team could manage only 49 runs in 20 overs.
