The Jalandhar Municipal Corporation, in coordination with the Jalandhar Commissionerate Police, demolished an illegal property in the Abadpura area linked to notorious drug peddlers.

Commissioner of Police Dhanpreet Kaur stated that the property, belonging to Manjit Kaur alias Bhambo and Mohinderjeet Kaur alias Lambo, was razed. Both women are known drug peddlers, with three FIRs registered against Manjit Kaur and one FIR against Mohinderjeet Kaur under the NDPS Act.

This action is intended to send a strong message to the drug mafia that any illegal activity related to drugs will not be tolerated, and strict action will be taken against all involved.

The Jalandhar Commissionerate Police has appealed to citizens to share any information related to drug trafficking or drug abuse through the official government WhatsApp number, 9779-100-200. The identity of informants will be kept completely confidential.
