Kartar Singh Sarabha), encroachments made by three shopkeepers on the ground floor public corridor of multi-storey shops were also cleared.

According to officials, the Trust had been receiving repeated complaints from the public and shopkeepers that certain anti-social elements were occupying public spaces with temporary kiosks and unauthorised parking, creating nuisance by consuming liquor and meat.
