Jhikka said over the past few years, the Bar Association has repeatedly submitted numerous representations and applications to the authorities concerned.

“Despite our continuous efforts, there has been no meaningful response or action taken to address the concerns regarding the deteriorating condition of the existing court complex, which is not only obsolete, but poses significant challenges for the Bar, litigants and the administration of justice,” he said.

He said the failure to provide a new judicial complex and renovate the existing infrastructure has caused severe inconvenience and hardship to the members of the association and the general public.
