NCC cadets felicitated for I-Day parade success

Col Joshi commended the cadets for their discipline, dedication and spirited participation in the parade. He appreciated their contribution in showcasing the true essence of patriotism and teamwork.
During the Independence Day celebrations, Tarunpreet Singh Sond, Minister for Tourism and Cultural Affairs, had lauded the contribution of the young cadets. Extending his greetings, NCC Jalandhar Group Commander Brig AK Bhardwaj has conveyed his best wishes to the cadets. He conveyed his heartfelt congratulations and wished the cadets a bright future, encouraging them to uphold the values of the NCC and continue serving the nation with pride.
The cadets represented various reputed institutions of the region. There were eight cadets from Doaba College, six each from Lyallpur Khalsa College and Mehr Chand Polytechnic, four each from DAV University and DAV College, two each from Apeejay College, CT Institution and ITI College and one from the Government Sports and Arts College. Col Joshi lauded the commitment of cadets and urged them to continue excelling in academics, sports and social service alongside their NCC training.
Cadets were also felicitated with Commanding Officer commendation certificates. The felicitation ceremony concluded with the distribution of NCC track suits and high tea for the cadets, leaving them inspired and motivated to aim higher in their journey as responsible citizens and future leaders.
