To enhance preparedness and response mechanisms in the face of natural disasters, a team from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) conducted a training session today for administrative officers and staff of Kapurthala district.

Under the leadership of Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Navneet Kaur Bal, the training was held at the District Administrative Complex. Experts from the NDRF briefed government officials on immediate steps to be taken by various departments in the event of a natural calamity.

The session also included training on the proper usage of technical equipment and machinery employed during rescue operations.
