Residents have complained that sanitisation has not been carried out in several wards.

Balraj Thakur, chairman of the Sanitation Adhoc Committee, which is looking after the sanitisation process in every ward, said people were telling him that no one had gone to some areas in their wards for sanitisation.

“In several areas, the process has been finished with spraying pumps. There is a possibility that people didn’t get to know when the process was being carried out,” he said. He said in some of the wards, the sanitisation process was carried out with fire brigade machines and no complaint was received.
