Jalandhar:A 13-year-old migrant boy on Saturday died on the spot in a road mishap after the cycle he riding was hit by an over speeding tractor-trolley. His pillion rider has a narrow escape. The victims have been identified as Sushil Kumar (13) and the pillion rider Vishal (12). The incident occurred around 10 am at Randhawa Masandan village when the boy was heading towadrs their home.The Investigation Officer (IO), Raghuveer Singh, said both the victims were residents of Gadaipur area. The police had taken tractor-trolley in their possession, while its driver was absconding. An FIR has been registered against an unknown person.TNS
