Hoshiarpur: Teaching staff of the DAV College of Education, Hoshiarpur, participated in the two-day online training programme on ‘Managing Virtual Classroom and Online Teaching’ organised by the Dean College Development Council, Panjab University, Chandigarh, for faculty members of affiliated and constituent colleges. College Principal Dr SS Sharma and faculty members participated in the training programme, which was meant to train teachers for online teaching at the Google classroom. Training of many other online teaching and assessment tools such as Kahoot, quiz, Google forms, Loom, Wakelet, Edpuzzle etc. were also given in the programme. College Managing Committee President Dr Anoop and Secretary DL Anand appreciated the efforts. — OC
