As part of an ongoing campaign by the state government to provide healthcare facilities to the residents, a 10th Mohalla Clinic was inaugurated by former minister Joginder Singh Maan and Senior Medical Officer Dr Lehmber Ram in Gobindpura locality of Phagwara today.

The Aam Aadmi Clinics were already operational in Hargobind Nagar, Hadiabad, Khotrra Road, Baba Gadhia, Palahai, Ranipur, Saprod, Guru Nanakpura and Atholi.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
