The government is offering 12 months internship in the top 500 companies of the country under the Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS). The applicants who do internship under the scheme will be given one-time financial assistance of Rs 6,000 and monthly allowance of Rs 5,000.

Candidates applying under this scheme should keep in mind that the age of the candidate should be between 21 and 24 years, the candidate should not be enrolled in full-time studies or full-time employment, any candidate with educational qualification of High School, Higher Secondary School, ITI, Polytechnic or Graduation (BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA, BPharma etc.) can apply under

The family income of the candidate should be less than 8 lakh and no one in the candidate’s family should be in a government job. To get the internship, one can apply on the online portal till March 12.
