The complainant alleged that when he objected to the removal of items, an argument ensued during which Jasmeen Singh allegedly threatened him and attempted to assault him while carrying a kirpan. The complainant stated that threats were made warning him against pursuing the matter or reporting the incident to others. No arrest has been made till so far.
