District Commissioner Amit Kumar Panchal confirmed that four Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and 40 Army personnel are actively engaged in relief operations. SDRF teams, stationed in the region for the past 15 days, continue to work closely with local authorities to streamline rescue efforts.

To facilitate evacuations, authorities deployed 15 boats to ensure safe passage for stranded residents. Alongside rescue operations, essential supplies—including 100 ration kits and tarpaulins—were distributed today in the village of Ahli Kalan to support affected families.

DC Panchal urged residents to follow official advisories and relocate to safer areas. The district administration has also issued helpline numbers for those seeking assistance: 08122-231990, 01828-222169 and 01822-271829. Relief operations remain ongoing, with authorities committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all impacted individuals.
