According to the complaint, Prateek Nain, a third-year BBA (Honors) student at Lovely Professional University, was at his flat (No. A-908, EGI Sky Garden, Bhagwada) on the afternoon of April 6 when a group of individuals allegedly broke the lock of his bedroom and forcibly entered. Nain claims he was with his girlfriend at the time.
The complainant identifies the accused as Hira Deep, his wife Milka Sagra, and Sarbjit Kaur, wife of Balwinder Singh, all residents of Khajurla. The accused allegedly began recording videos without permission, while hurling abusive language and engaging in physical intimidation.
Despite Nain's repeated pleas to stop, the accused reportedly threatened to ruin his life by circulating the video globally and socially ostracizing him.
The complaint further alleges that shortly after the incident, the accused and their associates circulated the video clips in online groups, leading to public humiliation for Nain and his friend.
Based on these allegations, the police have registered a case under sections 506 and 509 of the IPC and have initiated proceedings against the accused.
