A food safety team led by District Health Officer (DHO) Dr Jatinder Bhatia inspected namkeen/bhujia making factory, grocery shops, dairy and fast food stalls in the city today. During inspection, nine samples were collected and sent to food laboratory.

The DHO said a namkeen/bhujia making factory was inspected this morning. A team led by food safety officer Vivek Kumar checked a dairy, fast food stalls and grocery shops and collected samples of used cooking oil, fortified refined oil and milk, the DHO said. — OC
