Rotary Club Hoshiarpur Midtown marked eye fortnight with a special event at TRAI City Eye Hospital, Mohali, where seven patients had their bandages removed and successfully regained vision. The procedures were carried out with the support of renowned eye specialist Dr Rohit Gupta, making it an emotional and memorable moment for the patients and their families.

Assistant Governor Hussain Susan from Rotary Club Texas, USA, attended the event as a special guest. She was briefed on the ongoing Corneal Transplant Project, a collaborative initiative between Rotary Midtown and Plano Metro Rotary Club, USA, and lauded the effort.

Manoj Ohri, Chairman of the Gift of Sight Project, shared that Rotary Club has so far helped restore vision for 1,096 needy individuals. He credited this achievement to the generosity of eye donors and the collective support of society.
