Members of the Sikh unions handed over a memorandum Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Gurmeet Singh on Tuesday.

The unions demanded the registration of a case under Section 295-A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the Cabinet minister.

“A video of the Cabinet minister has gone viral in which he has hurt the sentiments of the Sikhs. The police should register a case against him,” said the union members.
