Earlier, last year’s music pratiyogita winning violinist Chaitanya Joshi’s engaging strains and Rushikesh’s Pakhawaj charmed the Harivallabh audience and his Raga Jog rendition delighted music lovers.

Vocalist Dhananjay Joshi’s Bihag presentation also struck a chord with the music lovers who gathered to savour the delights of Hindustani Classical music on a cold night in Jalandhar.

Sunday also remained eventful as Cabinet Ministers Taranpreet Singh Sond and Mohinder Bhagat visited the Harivallabh Sangeet Sammelan and announced a grant of Rs 5 lakh each.
