Charanjit of Government Senior Secondary School, Naru Nangal, won a silver medal while Sandeep and Simran won bronze medals in the state-level taekwondo competition held in Faridkot under Khedan Watan Punjab Diyan initiative of the state government.

District Education Officer, Hoshiarpur, Lalita Arora, Deputy District Education Officer Dheeraj Vashisht, District Sports Officer Gurpreet Singh Bajwa and district coordinator Jagjit Singh congratulated the students. They congratulated school principal Shailendra Thakur and the entire staff.
