Thieves strike at electronic goods shop, decamp with LEDs, cellphones

An electronic goods shop in Onkar Nagar was reportedly burgled on Friday night. Burglars entered the shop after breaking the locks and decamped with three LED televisions and 10 costly mobile phones. The police have registered a case and started investigation by scanning footage of the CCTV cameras installed at the shop and in the vicinity.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
