Three arrested with narcotics in Hoshiarpur
The Hoshiarpur police have arrested three individuals in separate incidents, recovering narcotics and related items from their possession.
In the first case, the Model Town police conducted a raid near the railway station and apprehended two alleged drug smugglers. The suspects, identified as Hatinder Kumar, alias Hittu, a resident of Shankar Nagar, and Rishav Talwar, alias Rishu, a resident of Fatehgarh, were found in possession of 86 gm of heroin and a digital weighing scale.
In another incident, the Mukerian police arrested Vipan Kumar, a resident of Mukerian, during a raid in the area. A large quantity of intoxicating pills was recovered from him. The police have registered cases against the accused.
