Two youth were killed and two others were injured last night when their motorcycle collided with each near Chuheki village on the Nurmahal-Jandiala road.

Investigating Officer (IO) Gurnam Singh said the deceased has been identified as Amandeep, a resident of Nahal village under Nurmahal police station, and Tuhir Aalam, a resident of Jandiala village under Sadar Jalandhar police station.

The accident occurred at 10 pm when their motorcycles collided with each other. Three occupants were travelling on one motorcycle, and one occupant was travelling on other motorcycle.

IO said injured have been identified as Rahul and Salu residents of Jandiala and their statements are being recorded, and further action will be taken.
