Commissioner of Police Dhanpreet Kaur said the case was registered on April 16 at Sadar police station, following a complaint by Divya Kohli of GTB Nagar. Kohli reported that she and her son, Parath Kohli, were returning from Hamilton Mayfair Flats after a property visit when a white car intercepted their vehicle. Three men inside the car threatened them and forcibly snatched a gold chain from her son.
