Dr RS Deol highlighted the purpose of organising such knowledge-driven events, which bridge the gap between academia and the professional world. He emphasised that PSUs continue to offer stable and purposeful career opportunities, particularly for youth aspiring to serve the nation.

Resource persons shared their experiences from the defence and administrative sectors, discussing the evolution of PSUs, recruitment processes including UPSC and PSU examinations, leadership opportunities, and the importance of multidisciplinary skills in today’s competitive environment. Their sessions encouraged participants to explore how technical and managerial expertise can be aligned with public sector goals.
