Hiring centre at CCSHAU

Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agriculture University (CCSHAU), one of Asia’s biggest and leading agricultural research universities in India has recently announced plans to establish Custom Hiring Centre for farmers in the coming months. This centre is one of the components of Deendayal Upadhyay Centre of Excellence for Organic Farming”.

This centre is aimed to broaden the experiential learning for students and will provide farm machinery to the incubate farmers on reasonable operating charges. Thriving to be an intellectual destination, this centre will enable the University to better support farming that will benefit students, farmers, and society.

Over 2,200 students log in to the webinar every day for uninterrupted learning

Training, skilling and consulting firm Safeducate has made its personalised job readiness and placement platform, Safejob available to all students in rural India amid the nationwide shutdown. More than 1,600 students are logging in to the free webinar every day from their villages to access training modules in multiple vernacular languages.

The webinar offered by Safejob covers topics like ‘Skills you need to be a great HR’, ‘Future of skills in logistics’, ‘Tips to improve communication skills’, ‘Personalised learning and AI’, ‘How to create great resumes’, ‘Time waste or invest during lockdown’, ‘Strategic human resource management’, ‘Current trend in logistics’, ‘How to figure out your personality’, ‘Planning for your life after college’ and more.

It intends to continue guiding the rural youth in times of global crisis so that they can succeed in securing their dream jobs once the situation is under control. TNS
