Actress Sanya Malhotra, best known for her roles in Dangal and Jawan, is making waves in both the entertainment and wellness industries. Recently named the ambassador of Human Mobile Devices (HMD), she is also preparing for the screening of her film Mrs at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2024, which will take place from August 15 to 25. Despite her busy schedule, Malhotra remains committed to her health.

Sanya, who prioritises health alongside her thriving acting career, attended the launch of Yakult’s new Light Mango flavour in the national capital on Wednesday. Dressed in a butter-yellow outfit that matched the theme of the new flavour, she charmed attendees with her radiant smile. Addressing the audience, Sanya expressed concern over rising lifestyle disorders. “There is great concern about the increasing rise in lifestyle disorders due to erratic schedules, poor nutrition, stress, lack of adequate sleep, pollution, and generally poor gut health,” she said. Sanya also talked about her personal health routine, “I take my daily dose of probiotics to keep my gut healthy.

Beyond brand endorsements, Sanya’s acting career is also thriving. Her film Mrs, directed by Arati Kadav, is set to be a highlight at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2024 (IFFM). Both Malhotra and Kadav are expected to attend the festival.

Sanya has previously won the Best Actress award for the film at the New York Indian Film Festival and been nominated for Best Actress at IFFM 2024.
